Thanks for your postcard-- Berlin is definitely one of my favourite cities. I found the Jewish museum very moving, especially that maze-like structure representing alienation, if I remember correctly.

Anne reminded us today that one of the fundamental differences between yoga and say...aerobics, is awareness. One must constantly be aware of what muscles are doing, each limb, each turn, each breath. An awareness that should transcend into daily life. I have to try harder.
