Is there something about turning 25 that is supposed to make you more adult? Car rental companies seem to think so by giving me a break on the under 25 fee I've been charged the last 4 years. They say when you go to bed at night other parts of your brain come on and essentially organize your memories for the day. This is why you should study and then go to bed, somehow the brain can discard memories of no importance and put away in a filing cabinet things that should be remembered.
