The nature of responsibility

This week has been so very stressful. I hate thinking about stress and how it can run my life,but I think I need to explore this issue. I've spoken of what I call the dread, which is an overwhelming feeling of anxiety for the near future, specifically school and facing my students and administration. you are an amazing person capable of amazing things. Everything will get done, you and I both know this......take a little time to just breathe each day. Don't let things eat you alive because then they stop being worth it. Pretty soon you are going to have sooooooo much time to relax and live life.....unfortunately there's always a teeth clenching period before the really good parts of life. As every coach i've ever had would say, "dig deep!" its in you. Oh yeah....and a friend gave me some advice that i totally brushed off once but once i took it, i realized it was genius. he told me to "sleep when you're tired" it works! good luck pal. take care.
