I'm pleased to say that those hideously expensive tix were worth every penny. In fact, the minute he saw our seats, long before the concert began, MrFsr made that same observation. Of course, that may be because he realized a different lifelong dream, as this will be the closest he comes to playing center field in Fenway Park

I've never enjoyed a concert this much. Or had such great seats. I'm so glad this lived up to the hype. I was afraid of what the sound at Fenway would be like. You'll have to trust me (because the video clip audio is horrible) but the sound quality was excellent at the venue.

I know just what you're referring to. Stewart Copeland wrote a very funny piece about working the kinks out during their first concert on the tour. And I had the same thought at the time...if this is their attitude, this is going to be a fun show.

I'm absolutely green with envy. It sounds like a totally fabulous night. I was in Charleston when the tickets for the Irish gig went on sale and missed out on them, I'm gutted. At least I have a total flavour of what it would have been like from this. Thanks

That is so true, I am so delighted I got to meet you, MrFSR and all my other wonderful friends. Hopefully we'll all get to meet up in December again when I am over.
