pain after masturbation

Lately after I masturbate I get really bad stomach cramps (like one would get during a period) and my period stopped nearly a year ago and this has been happening maybe the past month or so. I've pretty much stopped completely because afterward it just hurts.

Does this happen every time? I get cramps about every week, very mild ones compared to when I got a period, before I inject. I also can get them if I get very aroused and then don't orgasm, but once I do sometimes the pain goes away (endorphins maybe?)..
My doc said the pain might be because the ligaments connecting the uterus to my other internal stuff might be loose. They think that taking T prevents the body from taking care of those organs, so it's degrading over time.

I have those exact pains too (at about 6 years on T), though eventually I also started getting them at random other times as well, not just relating to arousal. My doctor used this as evidence of medical necessity for my hysto which I'm having done in a couple weeks. Before that he prescribed a long term pain medication which didn't work for me, but that still might be something to look into with your doctor.

I remember reading a thread -- somewhere -- several years ago on this topic. Apparently, this is a pretty common side effect. Consensus then was that it only really goes away if you have a hysto (or, I suppose, if you terminate treatment).

But give your body a chance to sort itself out on its own. If yours is like mine, it'll eventually train itself to avoid manipulating itself during arousal in ways that will cause it pain, though I am aware that if mine didn't, the pain would be there.

(7 years on T, this kind of pain showed up after a year or so -- currently manageable)

Ugh that sucks. I get this only occasionally (~1 year on T) only if I orgasm without being aroused for a long time first.

I had this problem. It would also happen in the middle of the night while I slept, waking me up. The pain would get so intense that I would need to bite down on something. We couldn't find the cause of it. I mean there was a cyst on the ovary and a fibroid on my uterus. But they didn't think that was the cause at first. I went ahead and got the hysto and I haven't had it since. *knock on wood*
