Scarring

Hi everyone. I have some very extensive scarring from my top surgery that was done in 2009. I've had no luck with any products that I have used so far. I'm hoping somone has some advice on what worked for them.

Unfortunately a tattoo is not a possibility. I am Muslim and we cannot get tattoos. Do you know what brand of silicon sheets you use?

The silicone gel also works well and for me is a lot easier to use, since you just apply it 2x/day and don't need to worry about it falling off or anything (although the sheets are pretty sticky). The one I'm using currently is ScarAway scar repair gel. The siphoned stuff has gotten more popular over the years - you can now find generic (cheaper) versions at CVS, for instance.
