im back on track today.
didnt eat tons yesterday but went to a fam party and ate
junk and purged. Got it all out of my system because I
needed to start fresh today.
day 2 of not eating at night. im so damn proud of myself.
Food today so far.
1 banana
1 yogurt
1 glass hot water w/lemon
about to go workout!
