I really wish all these apps I'm putting in at careerbuilder would result in some contact from an actual human being one way or another. I also wish they'd see me as something other than a retail drone. I'm about to start getting desperate.

So if you have facebook and found my page, you'll have learned recently that yet again there's something going on with my eye. I can't seem to get away from the fucking thing. So, some good news and some bad news.

Good news! Kinda. Cast is finally off, YAYAYAYAYAY!!!! The kinda part is that my leg still has a bit of a crack in it.. so, because of this, and the fact that my leg and ankle aren't used to moving unimpeded for the last 3 months, I have to go back in 2 weeks after walking around with... the crutches again!  ( Read more... )

Saw the doc again this morning. Got the knee free now and a little walking boot on my foot. My knee is so unbelievably stiff I can still barely move it, plus I think they put this new cast on a bit too tight since, if I try and crunch my leg up to my chest, my calf muscle is practically crushed. Been to the doc twice now. The other day, and 2 weeks ago. Both visits were good. So far the cracks are still pretty visible, but they are healing as they should be, nothing going where it shouldn't go and stuff. Two weeks from now with another x-ray visit, I should be able to get the cast off my knee, so I can actually move my leg a bit. I'll ( Read more... )
