Leonard nods and presses another kiss into his daughters hair. "He's right Jo, I wanted to come back, and you don't have to worry about either of us leaving you Darlin'." He says softly.

Jim's right to be excited to show her off. All of their friends are completely enamored with her, and she seems to love all of them, complimenting Christine on her 'pretty hair' and getting Uhura to agree to teach her Iridion in between her english and history lessons.

He takes Jo over to get food and they find their way back to the table Jim had found, Jo sets her tray down and Leonard hands Jim his chicken rice and vegetables for everyone.

"Now the whole ship is gonna know! Thanks Jo." Jim pouted, only smiling when Joanna kissed his cheek in apology before yawning and burying her face in his neck. Jim smiled, shifting the little girl in his arms a bit and stroking her back.

By the time they got to their quarters, she was fast asleep in Jim's arms and he looked for all the world like it was going to kill him to put her down.

Just before take off, they found your Daddy in the bathroom. Turns out, he was afraid to fly in the regular seats. They made him sit next to me.
