My initial optimism re: the job has faded to drudgery and mundanity. Why am I surprised? I still feel worthless.

As a college graduate, I make minimum wage in fast food.  There is nothing wrong with my majors, my degree, or my college, just with me.

I finally have a guitar. I've wanted to learn to play for a long time, and actually have an instrument to play. So I’ve started working at Qdoba Mexican grill. It’s not the worst job in the world, but it’s far fromt he best. I would compare it to working at McDonald’s all those years ago, except this time I’m not surrounded by idiots.
