This is a DELICIOUS recipe I found today. It is fudgy and moist and surprisingly not that bad for you. I left out about an eighth of the milk.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
