Might I also throw some support to Tracy Wayman. I hate the dentist, seriously scared to death of them. DT sent me to him years ago and he is fabulous ... plus he rides his bike everywhere - seeing it chained up outside the window when they are drilling on my teeth makes me feel so much better! There is no way a bike riding dentist can hurt you! Oh and his staff rocks ...
