I think I picked it up from some of those WMUC/COOP hardcore kids.... I used to say it as a joke and now it's rooted in my vocab--like how I got 'lollercoaster' and all manner of nutty interweb slang from you.

It's kewlies. I want you to know that I say "totes" once in a while because of you even though everyone else I talk to hates it. I also always look for a chance to say "jammy jams for your bearded clammy clam", but the opportunity never presents itself for some reason.

Either that or Commissioner's Report on Underserved Communities, or Catalog of Risible and Ugly Coworkers, or the Committee on the Rights of Unborn Christians. You really should know the meaning of the urban slang you toss around so cavalierly . . .
