You do realize, don't you, that you haven't updated this thing in so long that I've actually laid eyes on you TWICE since the last time. An event that, in and of itself, is few and far between.

I love the idea of a Nerd Parade. There are so many of us out there pretending not to be nerds. Like me. I haven't played D&D for over a year. I wear colors and 'surburan mom' clothes instead of my quasi-goth, anime, punk stuff I used to wear. (I don't even color my hair anymore. Shocking, right?) But I'd love to come out of the 'nerd-closet' and parade down the streets of Baltimore with nerd pride. ;oD Goddess I miss you!!!! When are you coming to Okinawa ( ... )

I love the idea of the Nerd parade... you should absolutely organize that to happen as an official event of the Balticon. ^_^

Yah, the platypus venom is right nasty, from what I understand.

Every day is a Geek Pride Parade in my life. :) Personally, I'm looking to get folks interested in a big ol' Wheedon-day celebration. Big party for Joss Wheedon's birthday, pass it on!!
