I didn't post about the weekend!
Saturday: returned the oysters to be deposited in the river at Ft. Carroll. When we came home part of the boulevard was blocked off for a block party thing, so we walked down to check it out. I called the winemaking supply company today to ask about something missing from the website, and I'm glad I did because I found out the Fall Seasonal wine supply kits have to be ordered in June. So I'm waiting on an email about the cost and delivery times of the Toasted Caramel Port for fall. On the other hand we are floundering between ( Read more... ) -

Wow, since before Christmas! I am lame.
I gave my mother the scarves I made for Mother's Day early because I will have to work next Sunday on Mother's Day proper, and she was sort of bewildered at first. I wasn't sure she liked them, then after she wore one for a little bit, I got orders for 2 more. So they went over well after all.

The new job is not without it's stresses, but they are all job related, not pouring out into life, and it is proving to be much better than its predecessor. -

Is so very tired of coming home from work too late and too tired to get out and be social. I am praying my meeting on Monday turns up some good news about my working life, which has been, largely, my entire life for too long.
