So Sarah and I have begun following the life and times of her upstairs neighbor as she is so loud that our only other option is to go deaf, which is interesting because their have been two or three previous residents of that apartment and we didn't even know they existed

My cousin's upstairs neighbors make so much noise and run/jump around so much that it shakes the windows and makes books fall off of shelves...yet they won't say anything. Recipe for disaster, that is.
