I've made a significant discovery. My dorm room smells (that's not the discovery, merely a statement of fact to get this going). While this is not odd for a standard dorm, I'm pretty good about keeping food and clothing cleaned up and use air fresheners to deal with smells that emanate from sources beyond easy control. It can be to another room in Stout. Tell them you don't get along with your roommate.

Just please be calm and collected if you go in there.

Also, the traditional halls are automatically assigned, at least for the most part. Specialty housing might be hand-assigned, I don't recall.

I've been told by others to pursue this solution. I very well may, provided that it doesn't cost the family much more money than the dorms already are and that I don't get sent to one of the other dorms. I'd stick with my roommate if my only other option was a single in Kerr. *shudders*
