So, how's your judgement?
I posted about a test I have to take on the day thread. It's called the Situational Judgement Test. Basically you're given a situation and have to select, from 5 choices, the most effective and least effective response to the situation. It seems like a rather odd thing to be testing, since it's so subjective.

I made the mistake of not booking the shuttle to the hotel ahead of time. Rather than wait 3 hours for the next one with available seats, we decided to take a mini-cab.
