Ritmo Latino is a show on WICB...I'm not sure if it's syndicated or if it's a local thing. I wonder if it's the same show?

No. The Ritmo Latino she's talking about is an hour of eclectic Latin music that's produced in Warsaw, Poland but airs weekly on public radio in Micronesia on KRNM FM in Saipan & KPRG FM in Guam.
