I kind of wish Karupin was a talking cat, though. I think he'd have a lot of commentary to offer during Ryoma's confession practice.

I always look forward to reading your tenipuri stories -- your take on the characters is so interesting and it always makes me thinky.

I loved how up and down it was for both of them -- Ryoma's awkward longings and Kaidoh's freak-outs. And uncomfortable wingman Momo and creepy-but-effective Inui and Fuji.

I'm glad Ryoma was persistant! They are sweet but a little rough together and that seems exactly right.

I have a deep love of awkward, heterosexual Momo, but I rarely get to satisfy it. I was really lucky to get a request that was out of my usual writing box. I don't usually do Echizen in fics chiefly because canon Echizen is so one-dimensional. Exploring him as an awkward, hormonal teen was sadistically delightful.

He and Kaidou will raise wonderful kittens together.

Ryoma was adorable in this. I loved how much he talked to Karupin. And Momo was such a good friend!

I had a lot of favorite lines and parts. Including:

-Friendship kicked in after someone bought you twenty burgers.
-the pink poncho part
-Ryoma wanting to show Kaidou his cat
-Fuji calling their outings double dates
-Kaidou winning Karupin over
-"Basketball? I don't play basketball." Kaidou backed up a bit. His blush gave away his intentional obtuseness.
-"I see," Fuji whispered. "I'll buy you a Ponta from the vending machine." (best response!)

This was really cute. ♥
