Yay, I work for Nielsen Online :)

You still use Twitter though here and there. :)

Yeah, passively
When Twitter sends me an SMS with an update I read it (most of the time anyway >_>), I never go and check for the updates it fails to send me, or for people I don't have set up SMS notifications for though....
And I rarely post... If I do it's usually a reply

I signed up just to register and squat on my plushlover username. That done, I have no intention of using Twitter either to read or post 'tweets'. :p

One reason I stopped using Twitter was their cookie expiration... I hate having to login to anything on a daily basis.

The crux of social networks is the social part... especially if you're anti-social like me. I've come to realize that I hate most everybody on my Livejournal friends list (except for you and a couple of others.) There needs to be a social network for anti-social people.

Msondo? Furahi? ... anybody? ... is there a program yet that allows one to edit the expiration dates of cookies so that they don't expire? :9

I've found Twitter to be massively more useful when you have the right client.

Try TwitterFox for FireFox, or Twitterfon for the iPhone/iPod.

I give up with twitter after the first four letters.
Nothing good can start off that way.
