Hello!

I just wanted to remind everyone of the amount due for December. I have sent our payment, since it takes a couple of days for ING to send our money. lorriet and airors, you guys each owe $422.92.

Also, I wanted to see if you guys have paid that ~$30 that was owed for underpaying rent. Let me know.

We don't have to move! The owner of the house decided to take back the 60 days notice!

I'm thinking of hosting a Sunday brunch sometime in June...either the 10th or the 24th of June or July 8 if neither of the June dates work. Just a casual thing for us (meaning Furpower) and our friends...and an excuse to try out some Bloody Mary recipes!

Any thoughts, suggestions, vetoes? :)

There were two days of rain event on Saturday 12/9 and Sunday 12/10

Watered front lawn...corner with the mailbox. 4:45 to 5:30.

My room feels like a walk-in fridge! I would like to get the pilot light lit on the wall heater in the hallway. Any objections?

When that happens, I hope to run the heater for at least an hour a night to stave off the frigid air in the Watkins Family room. If that's okay with everyone.

I had a really frustrating time with trying to get my clothes washed over the last couple of days. The machine just wouldn't stay on. I called Ruffoni's Maytag in AG today to schedule an appointment for a repairman to come to our place to look at the machine, and he's going to be there between 4 and 6.
