mimi transcribed a interview that she recorded of me talking about gender, among other things. after looking over what she typed up both of us noticed that i say the word "like" every 5 seconds. this needs to stop! maybe it was because i was nervous? things i need to do: avoid pronouncing words with a new york or long island accent, and stop saying ( Read more... )

try talking to someone else from long island who says "like" a lot about how much you both say like... the conversation would be full of laughter because of both parties attempting to avoid uttering the l-word.
