I may be helping out the bad guys (The U.S. Government) but I think their approach to search and seizure is completely wrong. They clearly do not watch enough gratuitous reality shows on television. All one has to do is get government agents to dress up as an MTV camera crew and say they're from Room Raiders and the contestant/accused will allow ( Read more... )

Clever yet the surprise effect would wear off after a while when people would start to find out about CIA gone MTV.

One would think so but that too has been covered. The contestants never have the sense to clean their rooms or make sure there are no embaressing items (or stains) to be found by the person they're trying to go on a date with. This is of course even after they interview for the show and are informed that their houses will be searched. Yet somehow they still manage to be completely surpised when MTV shows up. Why would this be any different?

wait.. wouldnt the DEA agents like.. need a search warrant to use the evidence against the people they collect contraband from?
