 Having had my new computer for a few days now, this is what I have learned:

The slightest change in keyboard shape and layout can be the biggest challenge. So many typos in just the last four days. You'd think there was a QWERTY issue.

 There's a restaurant in town called Jalisco, and it makes me happy because I love Mexican food. I was very sad while there was no Mexican restaurant here, believe me. Then again, I have found over the years that I prefer a 'selection list' - wherein students choose their own book or books to read off of a list and then have to do class work from those.
