I have visions. They don't get passed my eyes.

I have fears that my own death could not challenge.
I keep those fears years away so that I can stay strong, sane, and happy.
I am too in love with being young to let the thoughts in my head run my life.

I think you already know what we want to say and know it's true.
I am just afraid to be the one to show you. I wish you could speak it to yourself.

Sometimes it is as though my mind, body, and heart are in complete disagreement.
Almost as if they want to split me into three different people.
It doesn't happen often, but when it does it is tiring and consuming.

I will not let my world end again.

I have never felt more beautiful in my own skin, on my own, with myself.

I waited too long to hear what I already knew. It was exactly what I needed. Opposite of what I wanted, but a push in the right direction. I need to let go.
