Thought I had lost this journal. HUGE relief finding it.

broken glass
shattered all around
i stare blankly
wondering
lost
how to fix this
these thousand shattered pieces
i bend down
feeling the thin pieces
slice deep
crimson red
the pain is unbearable
when you realize
sometimes you can't always fix something
once it is broken

i feel you slipping
us slipping
like grains of sand
falling through my fingers
my grasp tightens
but the sand only slips
faster through
im losing you
we're losing us
what we have
it just keeps slipping
away

MY heart has sunk
down to my stomach
i feel the emptiness
the lies and deception
pushed it down
and away
you love me

then you told me
how it took 2 days
for you to move on
2 days to forget

where was I
that girl you loved
the one you wanted to spend
forever with

the phone calls
the voices
i hear them all
yet I feel so far away
surrounded by people
yet I feel so out of place
like I don't belong

unable to breathe
this pain i'm feeling
feels like death
my heart bleeds for you
screams for you
yet it hears no reply
only emptiness
and pain haunt it now

it seems that i'm going to be stuck in a negative situation forever, i don't know what to do, it just keeps getting worse and worse

my birthday was yesterday, the BIG 20. I had to work though so that sucked. But I went to a party for an HBO show that just came out, it was a lot of fun. Friends of the family and all, it was weird though because someone I know got into some really deep conversations with me. It was good though it was some stuff I really needed to know.
