 My writing class is still slightly baffling. The professor continues to be too nice and sweet. He hasn't said a negative thing once. For hyper-critical crazies(like myself) this is annoying. My fellow classmates will be in for a horrible surprise if they go to a real workshop.

 After my short story writing class last night, I remembered why I avoid writing classes. I hate people. I really hate people who think I care what they have to say. I've resigned myself to the fact that books turned into movies are rarely any good. Once in a great while, the movie will surpass the book like About A Boy, but most of the time I end up dissapointed.

I am a reasonable person about this sort of thing. I don't expect the movies to get the storyline 100% with every last detail. I even like the Harry ( Read more... )
