Ah im finally starting to feel like myself again...Ive been fucked up for this whole week but as of today im starting to feel better. Still no more smoking weed however. After that panic attack and this incredibally slow recovery it probably wouldnt be a good idea to smoke again.

Well this has been a shitty weekend. Shit was going fine till saturday when I got some bad news. Then sunday came around, and I was ok. Ever notice that when we are sad and depressed we only focus on the bad things that are happening in our life or that have happened, never the good parts. Its weird its like, even though we are depressed instead of trying to make ourselves happier we go the other route and just depress ourselves more.
