wow edd that was pretty shitty.. first of all, i'll admit that i probably wouldn't have started to listen to hbt unless someone recommended them to me if i didn't start to become interested in glen. and i'm definitely not saying that you don't try your hardest and you're not an amazing guitarist AND bassist, but they work really fucking hard as well. i go to their practices and i go to their shows. they always try their best and they always have a really great time doing what they do which is all that matters. i know that rich and joey and mike and YOU are GREAT musicians edd, and it's not that you's aren't getting 'recognized.' it's just that what hbt do is what people look for these days. and you can go on your whole 'i don't want to be mainstream, and i don't want to sell out' rampage, but it's all bull because they're in it because it's fun for them. it's not as if i started to listen to hbt and their type of music because i'm going out with glen. they're pretty much just another pop-punk group, but that's what i've always liked,

look man.. i realize you feel really strongly about your music and i know how seriously you take it.. and i respect you for that.. but maybe they feel the same about their music.. just respect them for having fun at what they are doing.. you used to be in a pop punk band called short story and yea you guys weren't good.. but you guys had fun and all cared about each other.. thats what music is really about not who's the most talentented.. i mean yea i would like to listen to the more talented band.. but still respect the band that isn't as talented cause they are loving every minute of what they are doing.. thats all i'm saying

i grew up & hbt blows short story out of the water but being serious is who i am. I'm srry just also understand & repect me for who really am. Yes i do have fun but i show it on stage but when i'm off my fun is being serious & gettin things done my way. Look i'm lettin this hole thing go. Just understand it'e me & i'm not goin to change for you or anyone else. I love the way i veiw everything i do. I will never forget the day rich told me something that will never leave me, have fun but be serious & ur doing a great job. I'm doing what i did when he told me that. Srry for draggin it but it's how i feel.
