go and get the police report. that will show who's fault it was and insurance companies. send that to her insurance company proving it was her fault. then get estimates on your car. get a few and use the highest one and send that to her insurance company too.

oh yea and by the way im glad you two are ok! also keep all the paper work from the hospital and send that to her insurance company too.

thanks for the advice and stuff! matt's pretty much already squared most of the stuff away with the accident report and the insurance company. he did all that stuff yesterday. we went to enterprise and got our rental last night...a 2006 buick lacrosse...sweet. :)

I had the foresight to RTO so long ago I had forgotten about. Glad to hear HP rocked. I wound up seeing it early Friday with Joe and Christie.

Good luck with the insurance shit... It's a good thing you aren't dead though. That's always a blessing. Ya know, like...life. Yeah.

I agree with the HagridxMaxmie thing and Dumbledore needs to meet jay and Bob so he wont kill poor Harry..

I got in a accident once...same sort of thing...broke my finger...it sucks.

you would love my fanfiction. i may have already told you about it, but it's about a drug dealer named AJ (girl) who goes to Hogwarts. She's sort of like a Jay character and her best friend is sort of like a Silent Bob type character only she talks.

and thanks! i'm glad we're okay too. especially after everyone telling us, "you two shouldn't be alive right now." kind of makes you appreciate life more.
