Mikado run is over, and I'm still feeling rather tired. Lots of fun as always, we had good attendances and a nice review in the local paper. Got enormously drunk (no! you say) at the after show party and felt like hell all yesterday. I haven't posted a lot (at all until this week) since Christmas. This is mainly down to having received a DS Lite (crimson/black for those who read my previous post). My poor Wii and PC have been a bit neglected over the last couple of months.

On a happier note, I got one of these last week. It is very shiny and lovely and it's making me feel happy just looking at it (but rather sore riding it atm - it's been a while!)
Hooray! I've started Fallout 3. Five minutes after the final cutscene of Fallout 2 had ended I was firing up Bethesda's new game. Then I was downloading the patch so it would actually run. I'm glad I didn't want to play it when I got it

To cleanse my palate between Fallout and Fallout2, I played Portal. All I knew about the game (because, like Bioshock, I ran away any time I even thought it might be mentioned) was that it was raved about by everyone, was quite short, and involved portals
