The Admiral's retirement reception is tomorrow afternoon (his actual retirement date is later, but this is the only free weekend we had in the next two months). After about 8 months, I went to get a haircut this afternoon. I usually only get about two cuts a year, partly because of cost, partly because I just get too busy to make the appointment. Today was the first official day of Spring Break and apparently The Admiral forgot and woke St. Thomas up at 5:30 am this morning. St. Thomas was lucid enough to remind his father that he was on vacation. Poor Admiral still has to work, though. ConTessa and Devilla had a great second day of their swim meet. I actually got to see them each swim an event while the Admiral and St. Thomas were giving a Naval Academy tour to the Admiral's cousin and his kids.
