Happy anniversary. So busy all day we knew it was here but didn't have a chance to even do anything more special than spend time together and enjoy our baby boy.

It's been a very hard year. First Seishirou went through a lot of trouble with sickness, and after he seemed to recover, he fell ill again, and passed on to the great kibble farm in the sky. As posted by suzie_b, we had to say goodbye to our little brown carpet shark tonight. Kokie was our most bold ferret. The little guy had no fear, and pushed the limits of our patience and the borders around him all the time. I don't normally have anything to say about the media, but today's announcement about the screen writer's guild caught me off guard.
