Having a slow start today. Feel sluggish like part of me has decided to go back to the comfort of the dreams that I may have been having.
The commute into work is what did it. The wamth of the sun must have made my body long for the comfort of a warm blanket.

Not sure. Do cosmetics people by default peddle anti-aging wrinkle cream this or that like their paycheck depends on it? Yesterday two people on separate occassions asked me if I was looking for the stuff. Are the years starting to show on my face? I don't know.

I donated blood yesterday during lunch. I convinced my sister to do so too. They give out juice and cookies and it only takes about 15 minutes, I told her. The last time I tried to donate I was rejected for having elevated heart rate and blood pressure both hovering around 150. I guess I was stressed out or sick. I rented a bike to ride for a few hours this past weekend
Probably not the best idea to have worn leather soled shoes
but the bike thing was a whim
so the slipping and fumbling that occured as my foot lost grip with the pedal was to be expected
I never did like bikes without hand brakes
petal brakes are just too awkward for me

I received an iTunes gift card last week and proceeded to download a Jars of Clay CD that I found a nostalgic affinity towards. It was released in 1995. Has it really been that long? I'm confused by the bright sunlight entering the room, uncertain what time it is. I have slept for three hours and it is now 8:00. I lay in bed until 8:30 and then take a shower.
The way I see it every minute I'm awake inches me closer to falling asleep. My dad doesn't get this concept or is ignoring it. It's hot outside and I work up a little sweat ( Read more... ) -
