I liked it. It seemed a real report and someone else pointed out elsewhere that they had a 'base line' of healthy Gale to judge how he looks. I do think he'll be back to work on DH. I have the impression he likes working on the show, even though I think it's awful.
Finally, a report I can believe about Gale's condition. Sounds like he's making an excellent recovery - because, as minion says, the news that Gale moved quickly away from an interview situation PROVES he is getting back to normal!
You're welcome. I went to bed last night and figured it'd be everywhere by morning, but when it didn't appear widely disseminated, I figured I'd link it. Not to mention I haven't posted in months.
Ain't it grand! I firmly believe all the reports that he will return to DH but it's great to know that he is looking and acting like his old self too. Judging from his actions, he must not be in the great pain that was once reported.
I watch DH but I was really getting bored with it until Gale's guest starring role was announced. It was very clever and interesting the first year but all shows get old, except for QAF, after a few years. He breathed new life into it and I want him to continue to do so. A weekly fix isn't all bad and it could lead to bigger and better things since this is a primetime still popular show. People are seeing him and will remember him. Color me happy!
I somehow doubt Gale ever feels pain for long. But yes, he sounds healed. Even if his poor brain is a bit impaired. (Man, it's hard to type the word "brain" in this fandom.)
I actually thought Jackson was a great role for Gale in that it was pretty small. A bit player almost. He's really nailed his scenes well and after the Vanished debacle, it's nice to see him shine.
