Ugh I hate how little sleep I get and how scattered it is. Here is the base problem: I'm a light sleeper, and also take an unusual amount of time (around 2 hours) to fall asleep once I go to bed; if I go to bed at midnight I generally start sleeping sometime around 2 am, etc ( Read more... )
