sorry, the post got cut short, don't know why

just wanted to say I'd like you as an lj friend.

stay on the good path, embrace God, create good stories in faith .. I would like to tell my good stories, but somehow the internet doesn't want them to be written sometimes

ya have a messenger? would be happy to talk to ya

ah, and ya have sophia, wisdom, but submit it to God, please... then you will experience more good stories

remember, the devil's wise too, but God's much much wiser

Oh Good exists - it just gets bad press or no press at all. I enjoyed looking at your artwork. It's nice to meet another Brit too.

Marcus.

I am a sickly looking cancer patient on food stamps who can be moody, indecisive, and...unable to ride a bike. But I met this guy who wants to marry me anyway.
And he's hot.
That's all :)

hope you don't mind hearing from a random stranger.

i was reading from the beginning of the gospel of luke, the story of john the baptist's birth to a barren woman. and i remembered that "with God, nothing is impossible." but for some reason i was having a hard time with this. it was testing my faith. i thought of all of the women i had known who prayed and prayed for children that never came.

then i remembered that my mother was barren too. every doctor she saw told her the same thing - that she would never have children. and she prayed and she cried and when she had finally lost hope and ceased persisting, nine months later, i came into this world.

true story :3

A few years ago I was poor enough to be living on toast, and I was also very sick.

My friend, who is a pensioner herself, surprised me by trekking halfway across town to bring me milk for my tea, aromatherapy oils for my sick, and... she brought a box of cat food for my kittens.

May I 'friend' you? I see you around now and then on christianity, and I enjoy reading your reasoned and compassionate comments. =)
