1) Post a list of up to 20 books/movies/anime/TV shows/video game that you've had an obsessive fannish love or interest in at some time in your life.
2) Have your f-list guess your favourite character/member from each item.
3) When someone guesses correctly, strike through the item and put the name of your favorite character next to it.

1, 4, and 7 should be blindingly obvious )

video games, anime, le chevalier d'eon, star trek, doctor who, quizzes, swashbucklers

I'll hazard some more:
3: The eponymous D'Eon de Beaumont
9: Will Turner? (I'm reaching here, going off of swashbuckling + long blonde hair) XD
8: Capt. Jamie Waring (I might be projecting, cause Tyrone Power was hawt!)

"I always like to sample a bottle of wine before I buy it; c'mon, let's have a sip and see if you're worth taking along!"

Yes yes. I got my ideals of masculinity from watching Jamie Waring. Says a lot, doesn't it?

All three were correct, and I'm very impressed at getting The Black Swan. Not many have seen that, although since we're exactly the same age and I was living in the bay area back then, you might have seen that on UHF channel 20 just like I did. :)

You call the prequels godawful but still obsess 'em?

They were awful. *nod*

They are awful. But I do obsess about a character or two. It is just that the plot is so bad I can't like the context the characters are in.

It's Padme. Because her actress is, like, a rocket scientist isn't she? And also pretty. *_*

Damn. People who know you better than me already got 3 and 7 (the only ones I knew). XD

I will randomly hazard 17 to be Dr. Crusher and 19 to be Janice, she has long blonde hair! Beaker.

No on the Captain's Meat and no on Beaker, although the YouTube vid of Rickrolling Beaker is hillarious.

And no, not Janice, with all apologies to my wife. ;)

Aww. Oh well. XD

I take it you've seen the one of Beaker singing "L'amour est un oiseau rebelle" with the Chef and Animal?

Bosa Nova! Uuuuhhhhh Chevy Nova?!

You got 5 and 16.

And Nightcrawler & Sela, while incorrect, are very dear to me. I even have a Sela from the Star Trek trading card game signed by Denise Crosby.

They are both awesome. Personally, I think Sela was one of the greatest characters ever written into a Trek series.

Also, awesome! I a Tom Paris and Deanna Troi one. (would've had Harry Kim if I'd been faster and not as shy).

Yay for Trek geeks!

(Donatello was my favorite, too)
