Omaha got its first measurable snowfall of the season Thursday night. Which meant the five 11-month old lion cubs at Henry Doorly Zoo got their first chance to experience snow yesterday.

I was having some problems with online zoo membership renewal, so I went over to Henry Doorly Zoo after Easter breakfast to take care of that. Of course, I had to bring my camera for a lion cub visit.
They've just turned three months old.

I just got home the other day after spending two days in Chicago, most of it at the Museum of Science and Industry. It's definitely worth visiting; just plan on comfortable shoes, because it's spread out and there's a lot of walking.

I'll be visiting Chicago for a few days next month. I'm open for suggestions on good places to eat.
The hotel is west of O'Hare, but we'll be spending a lot of time at the Museum of Science and Industry, either area is good. I'm not a fan of Mexican or super-spicy food.
