Well... it is summertime, which means I get to begin my "Summer Projects." This year I am:
1.) making a new chainmail hauberk
2.) making a suit of leather lamellar
3.) making (hopefully) a leather muscled cuiriss
4.) making a leather corinthin helm to accompany it

So... if anyone wants to participate in foam fighting of sorts, this saturday (April 1) is an event. I most likely will have enough weapons (shields though, is another case entirely). It is fun, goofy, and you can start telling "No shit, there I was..." stories.

I had a dream that I updated my journal... and now I did.... so dreams do come true.

Anyway, I got the course sillyness handled. And I am in Bio, discussion on Thursdays 4-4:50. Yuck. Life is wierd, that is all I can really say. Oh, and I really should start writing my book on life, the universe and everything. That's wierd, does that seem right to you?

Well... I've basically been home all this time playing Civ 4... and ording things online, like a manpurse and t-shirts and 41 lbs of chainmail rings for my new armour. If I have any extra I could make chainmail leashes, collars and thongs for anyone that asks *looks at Craig ( Read more... )

I also got wasabi peanuts. And plan on making another suit of chainmail... and finish it before next January, and I might be getting a job at Medieval Times. Doubleplusgood.

The chailmail is usable now, but no arms yet (pic latter today). Oh and I got Firefly, Serenity, money, The Screwtape Letters, and some clothes for Christmas.

Uh... my parents can be weird at times... like my mom likes to go to model houses and tell them that we are looking for a new house since meh bro and I are going to college. When she isn't.
