Health report for G;  Not too shabby!

Went to the doctorb today.  I had a blood test taken Sunday morning and they called me Monday to come in to "discuss my cholesterol"... usually an "EEP!" situation.  I have been having trouble with my triglycerides recently, them being way too high.  I remember the last check a few months ago, my triglycerides ( Read more... )

Too much damned sugar intake over the holidays.  How can I tell?  Twitchy.  Feel like I need to wash my internal organs.  Want even more sugar.

So now, dinner tonight will be veggies and protein.  No carbs.  No sugary stuff.  I want to feel healthy again.
