well, life has been crazy and it's been a while since i've updated this crazy mistress known as livejournal. let's see if i can summarize the last few weeks. last weekend i was up in the houghton area visiting eli. it was made even more complete with a trip to the anchor bar. this past weekend i was skiing with the brother and the brother's wife.

i am envious of your trip to houghton. i haven't been since fall of '02. not that it's the most happening place in the world, but it's nice to take strolls down memory lanes.

i actually haven't been in houghton proper since '04, but some of my friends live in the area up there so i'm up there every few months or so. i always wonder how i survived four years up there. so desolate.
