[For moment, it is almost like the Guide had been switched to voice mode, because only a warm shade of lavender fills the screen.  Midii can be heard having a discussion with an unknown individual, her voice oddly calm and business-like for her young age.]

I'm giving you coordinates. Don't ask questions and head to them now.

[Aww yeah. Informant buddies looking out for each other!]

[It was nearly thirty seconds before Midii felt safe enough to check her guide, crouched behind a large building pillar. She almost panicked when she saw the message, thinking that the corrupt cop had managed to track her through her Guide...until she noticed the sender.]

[Torn between a smile and sigh of relief, she glanced behind her to make sure she was in the clear, typed in a quick reply:]

On my way.

[And heading in the direction her Guide indicated....]

Sure fun working with these officers.

I'm already at the spot, so just come up to me when you see me.

[He'll have a spare hoodie on him for the other to put on in case. He'll even offer his sunglasses to her if she really thinks she needs them too.]

I've dealt with worse.

[She turns one last corner, and notices a familiar figure up ahead, holding something over one arm. But his back is still turned to her, so she can't be 100% certain that it is him.]

I think I see you.

Doesn't make it any funner.

I've got a jacket for you to put on. It has a hood just incase you need it. Hurry on over.

[He raises his arm lightly, before letting it drop again.]

[She sees the figure ahead raise and drop an arm, confirming her suspicions. Increasing her pace to a light jog, she quickly reached his side and accepted the jacket.]

Are you sure this won't look too suspicious? It must be at least 25 degrees out here.

Considering I'm wearing a jacket right now. We'd either look totally okay or weird together. So either way, you aren't by yourself. [Grins.

Don't worry. He's a smart cookie. This one.]

You have a point.

[She hurriedly puts on the jacket, pulling the hood up until it falls just over her eyes. Unfazed by the sudden heat enveloping her small frame, she sticks her hands in the pockets and lowers her head. The jacket is slightly big on her, easily a few sizes above hers, but surprisingly comfortable.]

[A slight smile.]

So...where to now? I don't think we're really dressed for a walk in the park.

Well I'm free for now since I've already turned in my report for the day. But if you got any ideas, I'd love to hear them. Other then that, I'm just scoping the ship today for ideal areas.

[And because he has nothing better to do then wander around the stupid place really.]

[She mulls over the question for a moment. In truth, she hadn't really considered the possibility of having actual recreational time on the planet. She'd figured that this job was just like the ones she had...held, for lack of a better word...at home, and would take up all her free time.]

[Eventually, she gives a light shrug.]

Exploring sounds like it could be the most productive use of our time. I'm still pretty new to the ship, myself.

Well! What are we waiting for? We have a huge ship, and only two small us to do this? [He's already up and running down the path.] Come on slow poke! The longer we stand around, the more time we waste when we can find something interesting!

[Her face scrunches up in an uncharacteristically childish manner at being called a "slow poke," already distracting her from the though that he had started to run off without her.]

[He's right, of course, but she won't admit that. She'll just run after him, pretending to be miffed.]

Hey, wait up!

[He laughs and slows down to a jog until she catches up. He gives you a childish grin though.]

Alright, I'm waiting just for you. I'm just that nice you know.

[See your childish grin, and raise you a childish roll of the eyes plus sarcasm.]

I see that. A model gentleman, you are.

[What is being complete adults? Obviously not this.]

You better believe it. [Knows it's sarcasm, but plays along anyways.]

There's a lot about you that's hard to believe, honestly.
