How is it that the Guide's information can be so casual about the God that controls this place? [Yes, Atem is wandering the new planet because ... well, aside from that whole God thing it seems rather normal. And mishaps with crazy vengeful Gods? Can't count him out on that. See how hostile this one is? Now that Atem has ignored her love long enough she's begun sobbing big crocodile tears into her paws.]

But the bear seems to listen, brighten up, and then turn and walk away on her tiptoes, palms flat, and nose in the air ...towards the nearest garbage can where she goes picking through its contents once more.]

The scenery is too normal, so it would make sense that the inhabitants of this place are odd.
