Judging by the movement and sounds of the video, the camera seems to be the one Ed bought Riza to attach to Hayate's collar, and judging by the scene, it appears Hayate has just been kicked across the room by a giant gleaming preying mantis with the head of a human man, albeit with giant buggy eyes, and huge, knife-like claws.]
[The head is gruesomely blown off a moment later. Hawkeye's kneeling at the edge of the camera's focus, pumping the bolt of her rifle and firing again within a breath. That's because the head has already started regenerating, you see, and he's trying to EAT HER AGAIN JESUS CHRIST. She's doing pretty well for just having a big gun, buuuut for half a second Riza seems to be looking at the camera--the light's caught her attention.]

Being attacked by a homunculus the first time she actually leaves his hospital room shouldn't come as any surprise. THEREFORE!
