5 and 6 really jump out at me. That article in the DCist on traffic was great. We can kick some ideas around when I see you later today.

thanks for the input. I'm going to see my thesis adviser at 5 (not the same adviser that needs my topic by tomorrow) and I'm going to explain to him my troubles. I'm worried he'll be disappointed that I haven't chosen a topic yet, but I want to be honest with him.

Did you turn in your paper online yet? eep!

6 is really jumping out to me. It is definitely something I can relate to and know we all can.

2 and 5 bore me to tears. But it's probably because I am not as educated as you people are. Hah. Food issues? Blah. Traffic? Blah. Yeah traffic is of interest to everyone, but a whole film about it?

3 & 6 I think are the best because you're going to find a ton of people to talk to and there are so many ways to go with them, especially 6.

I love the idea of #1 but yeah I think it will be too hard to find people to talk to.

And #4 could be super cool, but I think if you did it you should find some people who have aids willing to talk. Maybe.

Please don't apologize for posting "too much." I don't think I'd complain even if you posted 74 times a day.

I like 5, and I think there is a lot you can do with it. I wouldn't limit your self to just traffic, though. I think there is a lot of material to be explored with urban planning and public transportation. Using different cities as case studies is an excellent idea.

1 could be good, but right now, it kinda sounds like a story for The Daily Show. If you did it, I might fold in idea 3, but I don't think I would do idea 3 on its own. I just don't feel like there is enough there.

4 has potential. Those numbers are astounding, but do you have an angle beyond that?

2 sounds like it is out, and your topic of food issues seems kinda vague anyway. 6 sounds interesting, but soft.
