Ha. Yesterday, a man working at the market near my house (who was not born in the US, although I don't know if he is a citizen) saw my Obama button and said, with a glint in his eye, "Tomorrow, he will be king!"

My step-brother didn't vote because "he's an anarchist". I was really close to just tearing into him when I saw him Sunday, but didn't. Maybe I should have. I really hope he grows out of it.

In this district in Idaho, around 20% of the population is even registered. It's disgusting. BUT that means I got to vote for more than 5 other people.

Saying you don't vote because you're an anarchist is like saying you don't work because you're a Stalinist. First of all, no you're not, second, even if you really were, that would be a dumb thing to be, and third, it's irrelevant, Stalinists still work (and the Tenets of Anarchy don't have anything to say about voting in the elections of the government which contrary to your wishes, exists).
