So what else have I been up to in the last three years? I'm still working out like a fiend at the gymnasium. I've made some strides. When I got Cappy I lost about 11 pounds in three months because I stopped going to the gym to potty train the little guy. I went from 148lbs down to 137lbs back up to 152lbs 2-1/2 months later and I've sort of hovered ( Read more... )

haha you know, my first ever email to you on your old site was to ask you a fitness tip.

I have the opposite issue. I have to keep working out to keep my ass from becoming the 51st state. I can stay motivated to lift, but I have to really talk myself into any cardio. I just put on some mix on my ipod to make the time pass haha

Have you tried 5 hour energy? It makes me cardiovascular myself into a frenzy. It's a shot of energy for sure.

Although I didn't know what I was talking about then and that hasn't changed. LOL.

I haven't tried those, but I've thought about giving them a try. Do you crash later after it wears off?

There is no crash but if you use them to push yourself physically, like I do, you will feel tired because your body doesn't realize you took them after 5 hours so it's all "you just rolled over a car, now we're tired because you shouldn't be rolling cars--you only weigh 150lbs." LOL.

I'm 5-9" and 150 pounds currently.

You're probabaly carring more fat now than before but still weigh the same. LOL.

I feel like I'm chasing the white rabbit sometimes but I see gains and goals met here and there.

I see we have a similar issue with weight loss and not working out. I had to have surgery last Tuesday so i haven't been able to work out for more than a week. I'm already down by 5 pounds so i'll have to work hard to get back to where i was.

I can see the progress you've made though eventhough you looked great before too.

If I stop drinking the protein shakes I lose weight fast. I just can't eat that much protein otherwise. LOL.

What kind of surgery was it? How long will you be out of the gym?

yep that's the fast metabolism for you. I get full fast too so that makes it really hard for me to get enough calories and protein.

My surgery was to remove an abnormal skin growth in my inner ear but recovery is fast. I am going back to the gym tonight, so i only had to stay away from the gym for 2 weeks, which is like a week too long!

Hey Maybe I should post about my weight loss!! from 240 lbs to 180lbs - all from just chaing what I how I ate!!!!
But wow, you still look good and are not to big!!!!
