Knowing it's Sunday night, but not dreading going to work tomorrow because it's a holiday!

Sometimes the simple things in life can be so pleasing.

I got the official rejection email today about the job. I was pretty much expecting it, but I am still disappointed. Oh well, nothing I can do about it now. I will just have to keep looking...something will eventually have to pop up ( Read more... )

Well, I didn't leave the interview on Monday feeling very confident. I don't think I will get the job. I was very nervous, since I want this so bad, and I don't feel like I clicked with the manager. So they called yesterday... I have a job interview Monday at 9:30. The one thing I can say about my company is that they are very efficient when it comes to internal jobs. So I found out today that I am getting a $3,500 bonus at the end of this month as my bi-annual performance based bonuses. Sweet! It's my first since coming over to this position. I was warned, though, that apparently this is high and not to expect it every time. I guess they had some extra money delegated to bonuses for this period, so everyone ( Read more... )
